# Methodology

The Language is based on mining interviews (with 15 mothers who do either full or part time work), reflections on these conversations -> sticky notes and a clustering process -> pattern drafts where formulated and revised again and again in order to improve their quality and coming up with a catchy expression.

Followed by a process of Pattern Symbolizing (the illustrations) and by workshops to have participants reflect on themselves and their own attitudes both in mothers and fathers groups.
